AGING: 8 months in steel, frequent bâtonnage.

COLOUR: very pale pink onion skin, bright, Provençal-inspired
BOUQUET: Very fine with hints of wild strawberry and other small berries.
TASTE: savory and mineral, wonderful acidity, delicate hints of small red fruits.
