SHIPPING PROVINCE OF PERUGIA 10€ / FREE for orders over 45 Euro, delivery in 2-3 working days

SHIPPING ITALY: 15 Euros / FREE for orders over 90 Euro, delivery in 2-6 working days

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL: cost calculated at check out, custom costs included,  delivery in EUROPA 5-7 working days, delivery in USA 10 - 15 working days,


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Once the order has been received, we always proceed to check the availability and quality of the items ordered. The customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order being processed. If the items are not available or do not conform to the quality, the customer will be promptly notified and any alternative items will be offered or a refund will be given.

ORDER FULFILLMENT Home deliveries will be made from the cellar on Tuesdays and Saturdays approximately from 10.00 to 13.00. Orders received by 5.00 pm on the day before scheduled for delivery will be processed. Orders received after 5.00pm will be processed on the next delivery. Shipping orders will be processed within 48 working hours. Those made during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. The customer will receive an e-mail with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment. In Italy the following days are public holidays and the courier does not ship: January 1 January 6 Easter and Easter Monday April 25 May 1 June 2 August 15 November 1 December 25 and 26

DELIVERY TIME The estimated times for delivery from the date of shipment are as follows:

Times may vary in times of disaster.

ORDER DELIVERY In case of absence of the customer, the courier is required to make two delivery attempts in successive days. After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer can contact the courier's Customer Service to arrange a specific delivery appointment. Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing the signature as proof of delivery. If for any reason, the packaging appears to have been tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact or the bottles are broken, the customer is asked to sign with reserve or to refuse delivery. In case of collection with broken bottles, the customer is requested to photograph the bottles and send the photo/s to info@cantinacenci.it, these bottles will be promptly reimbursed. The customer undertakes to accept delivery of his package. If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

PAYPAL By choosing this payment method, the customer will be directed automatically to the Paypal payment page and will be able to log in with his own account or create one.

CREDIT CARD The accepted credit cards are; Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Visa, V-Pay The data provided is transferred via secure protocols directly to the affiliated bank circuit, so that there is no access to the data provided. All credit card holders are subject to confirmation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize the payment, the order will not be accepted and will be cancelled

UPON UNLOADING: in cash or via POS. Valid only in the municipalities served by home delivery
