"Sanbiagio" is a tribute to the Umbrian town where the farm is based.

GRAPES: Merlot 55%, Sangiovese 40%, Petit Verdot 5%.
PRUNING: Spurred cordon (2 buds).
HARVEST: Mid September, manual in crates with selection of the grapes.
VINIFICATION: Simple destemming. Spontaneous fermentation partly in open oak tonneaux and partly in stainless steel.
AGING: 18 months in tonneaux and oak barrels, 7 months in steel.
BOTTLES: 4000
COLOUR: Ruby red with violet hues.
BOUQUET: Small red fruits, hay, spicy, full and velvety. Captivating.
TASTE: Fruity, soft, spicy, full balanced. Velvety.
