“Gìole” takes its name from Andrea Gìole who, according to the Historiae Olivetanae by Secundo Lancillotto, donated the lands where the company is located to the Olivetan friars in 1389.

GRAPES: Golden Trebbiano 100%
PRUNING: Inverted and spurred cordon (3 buds)
HARVEST: Second ten days of September, manual in crates with selection of the grapes.
VINIFICATION: Destemming and crushing. About three days of maceration on the skins. Soft squeeze. Fermentation 80% in steel and 20% in barriques.
AGING: 7 months in steel, frequent bâtonnage.
BOTTLES: 2000
COLOUR: Light straw yellow.
BOUQUET: Hints of flowers, hay and aromatic herbs. Typical.
TASTE: Fresh, savory, delicate. Elegant simplicity.
